New Fences in Pensacola, Milton and Fort Walton Beach
New Fences
We build new fences for homes across Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties. Book a free estimate and we'll come out to the property, look at where the fence will go and give you a price.
Start With What the Fence Is For
Privacy. A solid fence gives the most privacy, and it takes more wind than an open fence, which is worth thinking about here.
A dog. Height, the gap at the bottom and a good latch matter most when the fence is there to keep a dog in.
The front of the house. A front fence is mostly about how it looks with the house.
A property line. For a fence on a property line, it helps to know where the line is before the estimate.
Plan the Details
- —Gates: where you want them and how wide. A mower or trailer needs a wider gate than a walkway.
- —The ground: slopes, roots and low spots along the line.
- —Anything buried that you know about, like sprinkler lines or a buried pet fence. Tell us at the estimate.
How It Works
- Book an estimate online, or call or text (850) 750-6546. It's free.
- We come out and look at where the fence will go, and you tell us what you want from it.
- You get a price.
- If you go ahead, a 50% deposit is due to start, and the rest when the fence is finished.
What Affects the Price
Length, height, the kind of fence, the number of gates, the slope and access along the line, and whether an old fence needs to come out first.
Our Warranty
New fences come with a 2-year workmanship warranty. If a post leans or works loose because of how it was set, a board or rail comes loose because of how it was fastened, or a gate sags because of how it was hung, we come back and fix it at no charge.
It covers our workmanship, not the weather or the materials. Storms, falling trees, flooding, ground settling and the natural movement of wood aren't covered. Materials carry their maker's own warranty. The warranty is for the owner who had the fence built, and the full terms are in your agreement.
Need a Repair Instead?
If you have a fence that's leaning, broken or storm-damaged, a repair may be all it needs.
